Otis Elevator Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a field services professional to manage elevator maintenance and service visits across the Malaysia territory. The role emphasizes safety, customer relations, and independent work with strong teamwork when needed.

You will lead service routing, coordinate technicians, and respond swiftly to lift breakdowns while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

Manage service operation, customer management and service routing across east coast branch, consist of Malaysia.

Typical Day Responsibilities

• Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation.
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Responsibilities

You have at least 2 years of experience in the elevator sector. You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering. You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority. You are comfortable communicating to others. You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team. You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Qualification

High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 3 years) Experience with digital applications for managing work teams and products Excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service.
