Qualifications

• Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent) qualification required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Conventional Milling, Conventional Lathe, CNC Milling, and machining concepts.
• Ability to set up and operate measuring equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Conventional Lathe, Conventional Milling and CNC Milling.
• Set up, operate and maintain measuring equipment for inspection checks.
• Troubleshoot machines and perform basic fault finding.
• Change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded setups.
• Maintain safe operations and adhere to safety procedures.
• Daily housekeeping.

Job description

• Operate Conventional Lathe , Conventional Milling and CNC Milling.
• Set up, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixture for making accurate inspection checks.
• Able to perform basic trouble shooting of machines.
• Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded.
• Maintains specification by observing operations; taking measurement, detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matter.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform daily housekeeping.

Job Requirements

• Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
