Job summary

SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent CNC operator to join its machining team in Malaysia. You will operate CNC machines, set up tools and parameters according to production drawings, and monitor processes to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

The role requires reading technical drawings, using measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers, performing basic maintenance, and following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC operation and machining processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Familiarity with vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• - Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• - Good attention to detail

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• - Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred
• - Experience in the mold, tooling, or manufacturing industry would be an advantage

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• - Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• - Willing to work overtime when required
• - Good teamwork and communication skills
