Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd, part of the Tan Chong Group, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development professional in Malaysia (Sabah) to drive revenue for heavy and light machinery. You will identify opportunities, promote excavators, loaders and forklifts, prepare quotes, and manage the sales cycle.

Mandarin skills are a plus, and travel may be required. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Automotive, with 1–3 years’ experience and strong negotiation,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, automotive or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities via calls, visits, and referrals.
• Promote machinery products like excavators, loaders and forklifts.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms through the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
