TCIM Sdn Bhd, a Tan Chong Group member, is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional in Malaysia. You will identify opportunities, promote machinery like excavators and forklifts, prepare quotations, and manage the full sales cycle while building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation and presentation skills, with preferred Mandarin language ability and willingness to travel. A diploma or degree in a related field is required.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, visits, and referrals.
• Promote relevant products (excavators, loaders, forklifts).
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and stay updated on product specs and updates.
