Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Manager to coordinate deployment of excavators, cranes, loaders, compactors and generators across project sites.

You will develop preventive maintenance schedules, monitor fuel consumption and costs, ensure DOSH compliance, supervise operators and technicians, and manage budgets and service records. A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8 years of experience in heavy

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy machinery management, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and DOSH regulations
• Proven supervisory experience managing operators and technicians
• Familiar with CIDB/DOSH certification requirements
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong planning, leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate heavy machinery deployment across project sites
• Oversee machinery including excavators, cranes, loaders, compactors and generators
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and minimize machinery downtime
• Monitor machinery utilization, fuel consumption and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with DOSH requirements and site safety standards
• Supervise machine operators and maintenance technicians
• Manage machinery budgets, service records and utilization reports
• Ensure relevant insurance, road tax and statutory inspections are up to date
