Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and repair crane equipment in Ipoh. The role requires hands-on experience with heavy machinery, preventive maintenance, and detailed reporting.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ipoh, with benefits and opportunities for promotion. Applicants should have a Diploma or Professional Certificate in a relevant field, with preference for those holding Malaysian Special Skills Certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in a relevant field.
• Experience with crane servicing and repairs preferred.
• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address issues with crane equipment.
• Perform repairs on engines and machine components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service to identify issues.
• Provide recommendations to improve equipment performance and longevity.
• Produce detailed daily service reports of work performed and issues resolved.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, organized, serviceable condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Diagnose and address issues with Crane Equipment.
• Perform repairs on engines and machine components.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Conduct scheduled maintenance services and identify potential machine issues.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Produce detailed daily service reports documenting work performed and issues resolved.
• Tool Management:
• Ensure that all working tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition.
• Additional Duties:
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with heavy machinery.
• Proven expertise in servicing, trouble shoot and repairing crane.
• Must possess a valid driving license OR GDL license.
