Talentsync Resources Sdn Bhd in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, is hiring a Machine Operator to operate, monitor and maintain production machinery. You will follow SOPs, meet quality standards, and comply with EHS requirements while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
The role requires a minimum SPM, basic production understanding, and physical fitness for lifting heavy items. Shift work with 12-hour cycles and immediate start is included in a 3-month contract with potential permanent absorption.

Technical Certificate or Diploma is an added advantage.
Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of production processes, machine operations, and quality requirements.
Able to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
Physically fit and willing to perform lifting and moving of heavy items.
Must have safety shoes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
Able to start work immediately.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday, Sunday off)
Employment Type: 3-month contract with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff based on performance
Salary Payment: Twice a month (7th & 22nd)
