Job summary

Leapin Global Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to join our workshop team. The role involves operating machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting shift rotations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have SPM with minimum Grade C in Mathematics and Grade E+ in English, be willing to work 6 days a week including night shifts, and participate in on-site interviews and a short written test.

Position Available: Manufacturing Production Operator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for dedicated production crew members to join our team. This position involves working within a manufacturing workshop setting, handling machinery, and participating in shift rotations.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: RM1,800 per month
• Attendance Bonus: Up to RM500
• Overtime: Paid OT opportunities available
• Please note: Performance bonuses are not applicable during the probationary period.

Shift Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Work Week: 6 days per week (Must be open to rotation and night shift schedules).

What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

• Education: Must possess an SPM qualification with at least a Grade C in Mathematics and a Grade E+ in English.
• Physical & Environmental: Comfortable working in a machining workshop environment that may feature oil or industrial conditions. High hand flexibility and dual-hand coordination for operational tasks.
• Work Commitment: Fully prepared to commit to regular overtime, rotating shifts, and night duty.
• Interpersonal Skills: Possesses clear communication abilities and an open, approachable personality.
• Format: Face-to-face interview session.
• Dress Code: Candidates are strictly required to wear long pants and closed-toe footwear.
• Evaluation: A brief preliminary written test focusing on basic math and English skills will take place on-site during the interview.
