Job summary

Talentsync Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Machine Operator in Gelang Patah, Johor. The role requires basic machine operation and setup, with at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing. You will operate screw production machines, perform setup, and monitor quality to meet specifications.

Candidate should be safety-conscious, able to work independently or in a team, and willing to adhere to company SOPs. Salary is RM2,000 with direct employment and standard statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator (or similar).
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor screw production machines.
• Perform machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Check product quality and ensure specifications.
• Record daily production output.
• Maintain 5S standards and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
