Job summary

CRT Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator to join our Shah Alam facility. You will operate manufacturing machines following SOPs and the production schedule, set up and calibrate equipment, and monitor performance to troubleshoot basic issues.

You will conduct routine quality checks on materials and finished goods, maintain cleanliness, and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to stand long hours, and willingness to work shifts and overtime

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in machine operation is an advantage (training provided).
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work shift and overtime when required.
