Job summary

TransPak is seeking fresh graduates for entry-level production roles in Malaysia. You will follow work instructions to meet daily targets, maintain 6S standards, and work safely in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates possess PMR/PT3 or equivalent qualification, good physical fitness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Training and development opportunities are available as you contribute to our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• PMR/PT3 or equivalent qualification is required.
• Able to follow work instructions and meet daily production targets.
• Basic understanding of 6S, workplace safety, quality standards, and housekeeping practices.
• Responsible, hardworking, physically fit, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performing other skilled or semi-skilled production tasks.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Perform general housekeeping and 6S duties to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Inspect own work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Fully follow instructions by the team leader for output.
• Understand the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and process interactions.
• Any other tasks assigned by the HOD from time to time.
