Job summary

KHARISMA WIRA SDN BHD is seeking a proactive M&E Site Supervisor to oversee electrical and mechanical works at a construction site in Sepang, Malaysia. The role focuses on enforcing project plans, specifications, and local regulations while coordinating sub-contractors to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as M&E Site Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge in plumbing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a construction environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times.
• Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements.
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project
