Job summary

Binastra Group is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical and electrical construction activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate with architectural and structural teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality control for all M&E works.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in M&E or a related field, with 2–5 years of building construction experience. You will report to the project team and support client/consultant inspections while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical and Electrical or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee M&E construction activities at site using coordination drawings between M&E, architectural and structural works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to align work schedules with the overall work program.
• Check the quality of M&E work, identify and resolve technical issues and defects promptly.
• Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records of site activities.
• Prepare and submit reports, RFIs and correspondence for information requests or deviations.
• Manage workers and sub-contractors effectively and maintain good relationships with clients and consultants.
• Support inspections for M&E works with Client/Consultant representatives.
• Issue RFIs and correspondence to relevant parties on M&E matters.
• Comply with the Company's Quality System and ensure occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are met at all times.
