Job summary

Marcus Builders Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate site works to ensure progress meets project schedules, with emphasis on M&E coordination and safety.

Based in Johor Bahru, the role involves resource planning, daily monitoring of subcontractors, attending site meetings, and assisting project management with inspections, testing, and reporting. Qualifications

• Diploma/Professional Certificate/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar position or related field.
• Required skills: Computer literacy, excellent communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure progress of works meet project schedules.
• Assist in resource planning and machinery allocation to ensure timely on-site execution.
• Ensure all M&E works carried out are in accordance with drawings and procedures.
• Assist M&E Coordinator to plan, monitor and control daily work.
• Monitor and follow up sub-contractors on their quality of M&E works.
• Attend site meetings and assist in project supervision, documentation and reporting.
• Daily management record of the working progress and other necessary reports.
• Assist project management in organizing site inspections, testing and commissioning and authority inspections.
• Provide support to the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.
• Any assignment deemed fit by Management.

Assist in resource planning, machinery allocation on a day to day basic to ensure works at site are carried out in a timely manner.

Ensure all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings and procedures.

To assist M&E Coordinator to plan, monitor and control daily work.

Monitor and follow up sub-contractors on their quality of M&E works.

Attend site meetings and assist in project supervision, documentations and reporting.

Daily management record of the working progress and other necessary report.

To assist project management in organizing site inspection, testing and commissioning and authority’s inspection.

Provide support to the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar position or related field.

Required Skill(s): Computer literature, excellent communication skill and teamworks.

Project will be based at Johor Bahru, Johor.
