Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site M&E Engineer to support high-rise and factory projects. You will prepare and monitor M&E documentation, coordinate with Subcontractors, and ensure works comply with drawings.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of on-site experience, and strong drawing review, communication with Client, Consultants, and project teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least three years of relevant field experience, on-site in high-rise/factory projects is advantageous.
Strong ability to review and analyze drawings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor M&E documentation.
Coordinate with Subcontractors for submittals and shop drawing requirements.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and conformance to drawings.
Monitor and supervise M&E on-site progress per schedule.
Study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.
Liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervising manager.
