Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable M&E site engineer to handle documentation and on-site supervision for high-rise building and factory projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes precise drawing reviews, coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring quality control on site.

The candidate should have a Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of relevant on-site experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Having at least three years of working experience in relevant field, on-site experience in high-rise or factory projects is advantageous.
Strong ability to review and analyze drawings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

To prepare and monitor M&E documentations.
Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure technical submittal and shop drawing requirements are fulfilled.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and standards of works and installations adhere to drawings.
Monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site as per schedule.
Study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.
Liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervising manager.
