Job summary

BEAKS CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an M&E site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site, ensure compliance with drawings and procedures, and coordinate subcontractors. The role emphasizes safety and quality control within a fast-paced project environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical and at least 3 years of experience in M&E construction, with high-rise project exposure considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E construction is required.
• High-rise building experience is advantageous.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project sites.
• Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure works conform to drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Review site productivity and arrange resources as required.
• Monitor inspections and tests by M&E subcontractors per ITP and quality systems.
• Submit sample materials and calibration certificates for approval.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by supervisor.
