Job summary

MGB Berhad is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to coordinate and supervise day-to-day M&E works at site in Malaysia. You will plan M&E activities with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams, monitor progress and quality, liaise with clients and contractors, and prepare essential project documentation.

Candidates with Diploma/Engineering degrees and experience in high-rise residential projects will be given preference.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline (engineering degree preferred).
Relevant working experience in M&E coordination or site supervision.
Good knowledge of M&E construction works, drawings, specs, and testing & commissioning processes.
Good coordination and communication with stakeholders.
Prior experience in high-rise residential construction projects is a plus.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a site environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day M&E works at site.
Plan and coordinate M&E with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams.
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specs.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on M&E matters.
Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes; follow up actions.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E works.
Prepare M&E progress reports, site diaries, and project documentation.
Verify subcontractors' monthly progress claims based on work completed.
Prepare as-built drawings and handover documents.
