Job summary

PMW INTERNATIONAL BERHAD is seeking a Project Engineer (M&E) to oversee construction and setup of the new PMW Winabumi factory, coordinating all M&E works with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. The role ensures proper design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover in line with approved requirements.

Upon completing commissioning, the position transitions to Maintenance Engineer, responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, utilities and plant systems for reliable,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as M&E Coordinator, M&E Supervisor, or Maintenance Engineer.
• Experience with a main contractor or dedicated M&E subcontractor is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate M&E design drawings, specifications, and site works.
• Oversee installation of mechanical and electrical services and prove compliance.
• Chair M&E coordination meetings and ensure proper sequencing.
• Maintain as-built docs, test records, and handover packages.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, spares, and performance tracking.
