The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in M&E, and possesses strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of professional M&E experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and building services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify requirements and potential challenges for M&E installations
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation required for project implementation
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, commissioning and DLP phases
• Conduct testing and commissioning of M&E systems to meet performance specifications
• Maintain regular communication with Contractors and Clients regarding project progress and technical matters
• Perform routine maintenance inspections and recommend improvements to existing systems
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
• Document all project activities, test results, and maintenance records accurately
