Job summary

Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd seeks an M&E Project Engineer & Coordinator to bridge engineering design, project management and on-site execution in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure deliverables align with schedule, quality standards and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, technically competent and comfortable in both office and site environments, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in M&E, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project engineering/construction coordination experience.
• Hands-on with on-site and office coordination.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or traffic systems projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, process and track project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals).
• Review documents for completeness and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain filing/tracking of correspondence and approvals.
• Assist in project reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Monitor daily construction activities and coordinate with contractors and site teams.
• Coordinate master schedules, milestones, and material deliveries.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate technical information between teams.
