Job summary

Longmotive is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary coordination, schedules, and budgets for complex projects in Malaysia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 3+ years of MEP project management experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 3+ years experience in MEP project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP project management with other trades, consultants, and contractors.
• Review project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage all MEP schedules, budgets, and estimates.
• Coordinate all MEP resources, internally and externally.
• Develop Mechanical and Electrical plans.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits.
• Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems.
• Commissioning of MEP systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
