Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) to lead and manage M&E projects from initiation to handover in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&E projects from project commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage project risks, issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project budget, cost control and resource allocation.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proper design implementation and installation quality.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site coordination.
• Monitor installation quality and resolve technical issues on site.
• Support inspection, testing and commissioning processes.

Education
