Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&Ewithin the construction industry.
Hands-on experience with site coordination, inspection, and commissioning of M&E systems.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD, M&E design software, and MS Office.

Responsibility
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E activities, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and building automation.
- Review M&E designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Site Management:
- Monitor and inspect M&E works to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of all M&E systems.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in site work or design changes promptly.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all M&E installations comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of M&E systems to maintain quality control.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including inspection reports, test certificates, and as-built drawings.
Budget and Scheduling:
- Assist in preparing M&E budgets and ensuring cost control during project execution.
- Monitor and report on the progress of M&E works against the project timeline.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Team Support and Training:
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
- Ensure teams are aware of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve any technical or operational issues related to M&E works.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other construction elements.
