Minimum a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or in related field.
Possession of Certificate of Competency (COC), Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or other relevant industry certifications will be considered a distinct advantage and may enhance career progression opportunities.
At least 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in M&E construction, design, or facility management. Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in supervising and managing mechanical and electrical systems specifically within housing, residential, or commercial building projects in the construction/property development sector.
Proficient in Ms. Office and AutoCAD software.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills are highly valued for collaborating with diverse stakeholders like architects, contractors, and clients.
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret M&E engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation and coordination on‑site.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, sub‑contractors, and internal teams, with ability to prepare clear technical reports and presentations for management review.

Monitor sub‑contractor workmanship and implement QAQC standard procedures to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, provide technical guidance to team members, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during site operations.
Maintain comprehensive records of installations, materials, and testing procedures; prepare progress reports and verify sub‑contractor claims for management review.
Report project status, challenges, and potential issues effectively to Management while maintaining clear communication channels with all project stakeholders.
