We are seeking an experienced and details-driven M&E Coordinator to oversee, supervise, and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) for military camp infrastructure. You will act as the crucial link between main contractors, subcontractors, and to ensure that infrastructure compliance with requirements and in full compliance with military specifications and quality standard.
To coordinate for military camp infrastructure by monitoring schedully all the installation, integration, and maintenance as planned.
To ensure all installations meet strict military specifications, defense facility standards, and local statutory codes.
To coordinate schedully safety checks, system testing, and operational handovers for mission-critical infrastructure to ensure compliance with requirements.
To ensuring base operational readiness, strict security compliance, and continuous functionality across military facilities.
Coordinate and supervise building construction M&E services for the main contractor including liaising with clients and consultants.
Conduct and lead M&E coordination meetings between the main contractor and subcontractor.
Ensure to maintain and follow company’s QHSE policy and procedures.
Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, construction project, building construction or any similar role.
Possess a CIDB Green Card is mandatory.
Experience holding position as M&E or work in construction industry will be added an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical skills and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Have excellent observational skills, along with advanced knowledge of construction.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
