• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, procedures and schedule.
• Supervise construction team and subcontractors.
• Carry out inspections and tests to meet quality requirements.
• Prepare and update daily and progress reports; attend site meetings.
• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period.
