Job summary

Brightmark Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable M&E Supervisor to oversee daily M&E works at site in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will coordinate activities with C&S and other trades, ensuring works conform to drawings, specifications, and method statements.

The role requires hands-on M&E installation experience, good coordination skills, and the ability to lead site inspections. Willingness to be based in Johor with flexibility for other sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E/construction site experience.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
• Good understanding of M&E installation, coordination and site supervision.
• Hands-on experience in M&E installation, troubleshooting and site coordination.
• Basic knowledge of IT/ICT, ELV, networking or related systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor, with flexibility to be allocated to other project sites within Johor area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily M&E works at site.
• Coordinate M&E activities with C&S works and other trades.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, work progress and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure M&E works comply with project requirements.
• Identify and assist in resolving technical/site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports and provide regular progress updates.
