Job summary

Regent Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Catering Sales Manager – Weddings to drive wedding and celebration revenue. You will turn enquiries into confirmed celebrations, working closely with couples, families, planners and our events team to craft unforgettable weddings in our luxury setting.

In this role you will manage proposals, contracts and bookings, maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, and oversee the handover to operations ensuring flawless delivery of each event.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in wedding, catering or hotel sales is preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process for wedding enquiries from initial contact to contract.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and families.
• Coordinate with events, culinary and operations teams to ensure proposals are achievable.
• Promote teamwork and high service standards through daily interdepartmental communication.
• Represent Regent Kuala Lumpur at bridal shows and events to generate new business.
