• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; achieve KPIs.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support inventory movement and assist teammates as needed.
• Contribute to brand initiatives and training programs.
