Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized service on the shop floor in Sabah. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail, omni-channel selling, and clienteling to drive brand loyalty.

With 1+ years in luxury retail and strong English, you will build lasting client relationships, use POS and mobile tools, and participate in brand initiatives. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Experience with clienteling and customer data collection.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
