• Diploma or certificate in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in housekeeping with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS) and housekeeping software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all guest rooms to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Prepare duty rosters for room attendants and supervise daily activities.
• Coordinate with Front Office on guestroom status and VIP arrivals.
• Report maintenance needs and manage stock of supplies and linen.
• Document logs of events, complaints, and housekeeping activities.
