Job summary

Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking a focused Housekeeping Supervisor – Rooms to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort, coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless stay. This role requires a diploma in hospitality management, 2–3 years in housekeeping with supervisory experience, and proficiency in PMS tools such as Opera, HotSOS, and Knowcross.

Multilingual abilities are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality management preferred.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficiency with PMS and housekeeping software such as Opera, HotSOS and Knowcross.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure highest cleanliness, presentation and functionality.
• Lead and develop the housekeeping team to deliver genuine heartfelt care.
• Prepare duty rosters for room attendants and manage daily logbook entries.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and VIP arrivals.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed.
• Report guest requests and incidents daily and take corrective action.
