Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Subang Jaya to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences, meet store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay informed on fashion trends, operate POS and mobile tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education/experience mix considered.
• Attend to customer needs with professionalism and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following policies.
