Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail experiences in our Malaysia store. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations, blending omni-channel selling with clienteling and fashion expertise.

As a brand ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships, drive cross-selling, and contribute to a collaborative team. Strong English and retail experience are preferred; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and strive to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energetic floor presence and manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily operations like cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies.
• Process transactions and arrange online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage movement.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
