Job summary

COACH South East Asia is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni-channel channels.

You will build client relationships through styling expertise, cross-selling, and social selling, using POS and mobile tools to capture data and complete transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and reading price/release sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform related physical tasks.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
