Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter in a high-end fashion environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop-based.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented with passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and pleasant personality to interact with customers and staff.
• Strong interest in fashion and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and upsell at the point of service.
• Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales.
• Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience.
• Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends.
• Ensure the Brand’s image is portrayed positively at all times.
• Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise.
