Responsibilities

• Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service in a professional manner
• Recognize sale opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service
• Provide excellent sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Find innovative ways to improve the customer experience
• Understand customers' needs and stay updated on industry news and trends
• Maintain the Brand’s image positively at all times
• Assist in cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise

Job description

• Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service
• Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales
• Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience
• Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends
• Ensure the Brand’s image is portrayed positively at all times
• Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter, preferably in a high-end retail fashion environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shopbase
• Sales-driven and result-oriented person
• Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff
