Job summary

FJ Benjamin (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding in Malaysia and seeks motivated individuals to join our luxury retail team in Kuala Lumpur. You will promote merchandise, provide professional customer service, and drive sales in a high-end fashion environment.

We value strong communication, a passion for fashion, and the ability to up-sell while maintaining brand image. Flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter in a high-end fashion environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop-based.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented with passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and pleasant personality to interact with customers and staff.
• Strong interest in fashion and brand presentation.

• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and upsell at the point of service.
