Job summary

FJ Benjamin (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Associate/Brand Promoter to deliver premium service, promote merchandise, and recognize upselling opportunities at the point of service. You will maintain brand image, understand customer needs, support store presentation, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Experience in luxury fashion retail and strong communication are preferred; weekend and public holiday work is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter, preferably in a high-end retail fashion environment.

* Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shopbase

* Sales-driven and result-oriented person

* Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion

* Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff
