You will lead a high-performing team, implement service standards and drive revenue strategies, while managing budgets, asset plans and community initiatives. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive General Manager experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Proven ability to lead a large team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Experience in pre-opening or opening stage is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Lead development programmes to engage the team aligned with the hotel service philosophy.
• Establish succession plans and mentor staff to ensure future bench strength.
• Set performance goals and provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee HR actions in line with company rules and policies.
• Ensure unforgettable guest experiences and a high-performing team.
• Drive guest satisfaction improvements and ensure brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead capital plans and asset management with owners to maintain market leadership.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues and engage with the local community.
• Occasionally serve as manager on duty.
