Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Social media savvy with interest in live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and deliver elevated shopping experiences.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Handle transactions and daily store operations including inventory and visual merchandising.
