Job summary

Cartier in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Events & PR Senior Executive to lead local event planning and PR activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality brand experiences, client activations and media engagements. Strong organization, industry knowledge and creative problem-solving are essential.

You will manage budgets, ensure governance, and drive post-event reporting while maintaining Cartier’s luxury standards and client focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in events or PR within luxury brands is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Maison events encompassing launches and client activations.
• Coordinate with boutiques, retail, clients, CVE, security and agencies.
• Oversee on-site roles, supervision and logistics during events.
• Budget tracking, PO creation and post-event reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to Maison standards and governance throughout.
• Develop and manage media relations and PR activities.
• Prepare KPI reports, post-event insights and media briefs.
