Job summary

The Swatch Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boutique Manager with a strong background in luxury retail to lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure boutique standards are upheld, while coordinating with management on reporting and operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in luxury retail, with 2+ years in leadership, excellent English communication, and a passion for watches and brand heritage. Prior SAP/Excel experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer mindset and ultra-high-net-worth customer behaviour.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork and a can-do attitude.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team by communicating objectives, responsibilities, outcomes, brand standards, and procedures.
• Coach team members through regular meetings, training needs, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Oversee staff appearance and conduct to ensure policy and boutique standards are followed.
• Exceed boutique targets in line with brand retail strategy while ensuring compliance.
• Manage client relationships and implement clienteling strategies to grow the client base.
• Maintain inventory, stock checks, and sales/operational reporting to management.
