You will drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while developing clienteling initiatives and CRM activities.

The role requires 5–7 years of retail and people management in luxury sectors; strong leadership and a client-centric mindset are essential.

• Minimum 5–7 years of retail and people management experience.
• Background in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches/timepieces or premium retail.
• Proven track record in driving sales and leading a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPI understanding.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
