Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of retail and people management experience.
• Background in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches/timepieces or premium retail.
• Proven track record in driving sales and leading a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPI understanding.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achievement of business targets.
• Lead and develop the boutique team for strong performance.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Drive clienteling initiatives, CRM activities and customer retention.
• Manage daily boutique operations: manpower, inventory, merchandising and compliance.
• Monitor sales trends, KPIs and opportunities; implement action plans.
• Coach selling skills, product knowledge and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and internal teams on activities and events.
• Uphold brand image, standards and values at all times.
