Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches or jewelry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute boutique business plans and budgets.
