Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team by communicating objectives and standards.
• Coach team members through meetings and training to meet goals.
• Oversee store operations, VM, stock, and clienteling activities.
