Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and actively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire client journey, from pre-sales to after-sales
• Contributing actively to the boutique performance and ensuring a strong brand representation
• Supporting product and brand promotion by executing assigned actions within defined timelines and objectives
• Applying best practices on the shop floor and contributing to service excellence
• Taking initiatives to enhance overall boutique performance and client engagement
• Sharing knowledge and supporting team collaboration on a day-to-day basis
• Ensuring high standards of presentation, service and operational excellence within the boutique
