Prada Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client above all and guiding them into the Prada world, both in-store and on the ecommerce channel.

You will strive to exceed personal and store sales targets, act as a Brand Ambassador, and build meaningful relationships through proactive service and expert product knowledge.

Qualificações

• Passion for customer service in luxury/fashion
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and independent work capability
• Knowledge of luxury fashion products a plus

Responsabilidades

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and strive to meet every need
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Prada products, history and DNA
• Capture client data in CRM for personalized future opportunities
• Promote Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience
• Host appointments in-person or virtually and collaborate with Back of House
• Ensure stockroom organization and compliance with procedures
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance store environment
